Here is a nice looking Airline AM and FM tube radio from around 1949.  This is their model 84HA-1810.  This is an 8 tube ac/dc set.  The radio works well on AM and FM needs an external antenna for good reception.  The radio has a big speaker inside so it has a wonderful tone and lots of volume.  The cabinet is solid and the finish is excellent.  It measures about 15" X 10" X 9".
